I’m the Studio Owner of SOUL Pilates & Movement. My background began in fitness, working as an instructor in my early twenties before going on to study Business and Spanish at university. After graduating, I moved into the fashion industry, living and working in both Manchester and London, where I discovered Pilates and quickly developed a deep appreciation for the method through visiting studios across both cities.
That passion ultimately led me to complete my STOTT Pilates training and step away from my role in marketing at Ralph Lauren, returning to Glasgow to create something of my own, a space in the city that felt considered, elevated, and truly reflective of Pilates as a complete method.
I’m trained across Reformer, Mat, Cadillac/Tower, Stability Chair and Ladder Barrel, as well as Injuries and Special Populations. You’ll mainly find me teaching private sessions, with the occasional appearance on the group class schedule. While I’d love to spend more time teaching, much of my role now sits behind the scenes: shaping the day-to-day, supporting the team, and continuing to grow SOUL into what I hope it can become.
It’s been a amazing journey so far, and I’m so grateful to our incredible clients and instructors - SOUL wouldn’t be what it is without you.

Hey, I’m Reece and I’m the Studio Manager here at SOUL.
I’ve always had a love for movement and wellbeing. After completing my Personal Training qualification and developing a strong understanding of anatomy and movement, I discovered Pilates and quickly fell in love with the positive impact it had on my everyday life.
My classes focus on breath, alignment and control, helping you move with confidence and intention. Expect plenty of mind-body connection, a good lower-body burn, and the occasional sneaky plank!
One of my favourite things about teaching is meeting new people and connecting through a shared love of movement. I’m passionate about helping to create a welcoming and inclusive space at SOUL where everyone feels comfortable, supported and encouraged.
Through a mix of classical and contemporary Pilates, my goal is to help you feel calmer, discover just how strong you are, and most importantly, enjoy yourself.

Hey, I’m Lucy! I discovered Pilates whilst studying for my Master’s degree, initially as a way to de-stress and reconnect with movement after stepping away from a career in dance. I quickly fell in love with the method and the way it challenged both body and mind. Since then, I’ve undertaken comprehensive Pilates training in Greece across all apparatus. Alongside teaching clients at SOUL, I also work with professional athletes and support the development of other Pilates instructors.
Rooted in the classical Pilates method, my teaching style focuses on precision, control and purposeful movement. Expect thoughtful progressions, attention to detail and sessions designed to help you move better, feel stronger and build confidence in your body.
I’m one of the instructors here at SOUL Pilates & Movement. I come from a dance background, something I began at a really young age and then progressed through training in Glasgow and London, to performing professionally until the age of 25.
After leaving the stage, the most natural progression was for me to continue a career in the fitness/sports industry. During lockdown I had my first taste of online Mat Pilates, but it wasn’t until I had my first experience on the Reformer that I considered training to become an instructor. I completed my first courses with HFE in 2024, and a few recent courses under STOTT. I’ve been apart of the team at SOUL for about a year and a half.
I’m trained across Reformer, Mat, Cadillac/Tower and Stability Chair. You can find me in the studio for Mat and Reformer group classes on Monday mornings, and for Reformer and Tower group classes on Wednesday mornings/afternoons.

Hey, I'm Ashley, one of the instructors here at Soul. You'll find me on the timetable early mornings and afternoons, bringing the energy to start your day.
I came to Pilates with no background in fitness just a love for the simplicity of getting on the mat and moving my body in a way that felt strengthening and empowering. Pilates gave me a confidence in my body I didn't know I was missing, and that's what I hope to bring to every class I teach.
My sessions are calm and intentional, with movements you'll know and love, built around flow and genuine challenge. I'm here to encourage you, whether it's your first class or your fiftieth. I want you to walk out feeling strong, capable, and ready to take on your day.
See you in class!
Hey, I’m Eva! I have been part of the Soul team for nearly a year and a half now and have had the pleasure of working with so many amazing clients!
I originally come from a hospitality/ PA background however, I have always been active. From hockey to Tetrathlon, I’ve never liked to sit still! My first experience of Pilates was through online mat classes when we were all stuck in our houses during lock down. The passion was then ignited after I attended my first class in Edinburgh. Pilates has always been so much more to me than physical movement. It is a chance to completely focus on yourself, stripping everything back to the point of having to concentrate on your breath. I feel extremely lucky to be able to help others move in such a way!
You can find me at Soul on Mondays, Fridays and over the weekend. My classes are intentionally planned around the foundations of Pilates, with constant encouragement, allowing you to leave feeling strong and centred.
See you at Soul!
Hi I’m Katherine, a mixed apparatus instructor here at Soul.
I believe that Pilates as a practice is as much about understanding your body as it is about moving it. As a dancer in my younger years, I then went on to study physiotherapy at university and am still a practicing physiotherapist to this day. Pilates spoke to me as the perfect harmony of my dance background and my physio knowledge.
In my classes I hope to help you feel confident and energised, with a strong focus on form and intentional movement. I truly believe classical Pilates offers you everything you need, but also recognise the benefits of more modern strength and conditioning techniques that contemporary methods give, so expect a blended approach in my classes.
I can’t wait to meet you in the studio soon, assisting you to feel aligned, strong and centred.
