Reformer Pilates is a dynamic, full-body workout using a reformer machine - a bed-like frame with a sliding carriage, springs, and pulleys. It helps improve strength, flexibility, posture, and core stability through controlled, resistance-based movements. It’s a low-impact but highly effective way to build strength, tone muscles, and enhance mobility.
